2025; oil on panel; 11×14. Back to a more familiar dry atmosphere in Colorado. I painted this en plein air mid-day. The Rocky Mountains just north of Denver, seen from the plains, were faint in the distance. We still have a bit of snow on the mountains despite the summer heat.
